Can not fault this dealership

Can not fault this dealership! Fantastic service, friendly staff who bend over backwards to help you out. Special mention to Ray and Sam, I don’t know what i’d of done without you! My 5th car from this dealership and there’s no doubt I’ll return again.

Great car and service

It is 12 months since we purchased our Citroen Aircross 3 Shine and the car and service we have received has been excellent especially from Luke Smith who arranged the purchase of our car. I would recommend Stellantis & You for a new car purchase.

Very friendly customer caring sales…

Very friendly customer caring sales staff. I was very impressed by Gary Ianson's involvement in securing the sale. Also Kully Dhadda did an outstanding job in dealing with all the paperwork involved in the transfer of my personal number plate, something another Peugeot sales garage said I had to do myself,. He also dealt with all the other paper work involved. On the day Kully was on a day off i saw Paul who dealt with the V5 from my trade in 3008 and took me for a test drive. He answered all questions about the car.

EXCELLENT SERVICE

Deciding to upgrade husband's car, we found the model we liked at Stellantis... reserved it online.. and nxt day met with Sales Exec David Hawkes.. whom I have to praise for his excellent care and service. David was friendly, experienced and competent from the start..and definitely NOT pushy at all.. ( like so many salesbods often are !). Therefore it was very easy to arrange our test drive and discuss PX with him. The car was very well presented and just right for us...the PX deal was very acceptable too...and so we drove away as very happy customers..returning a few days later to collect. We wdnt hesitate to go back to Stellantis, and even tho it wasnt located on our doorstep so to speak...it was well worth us making the trip to this excellent Preston dealership. Highly recommend 5 stars.

We needed a newer vehicle with a decent sized boot

We needed a newer vehicle with a decent sized boot for our Golden Retriever so we went shopping on Saturday. Tried a couple of dealerships as we wasn't 100% sure which vehicle we wanted, apart from it having a bigger boot. Ended up at Robins and Day on Blackpool Road which is now Stellantis & You as I remember my dad always got his cars from there and all his maintenance was carried out on site plus he always spoke very highly of them. Fast forward to arrival and we spotted a Peugeot 3008. Within a few seconds John came over to assist and within 20 mins we had purchased the car which we collect tomorrow. John is great and has years of experience plus provides the best coffee I have had in a while. Looking forward to collecting the vehicle tomorrow and having the company look after our aftercare.
