Communication was generally good and easy, and the handover process for my new car was really simple and they were very accommodating to me having the kids with me. All in all a very positive experience. This is my 5th car with Peugeot Coventry so I guess that speaks for itself!

Unexpected stop off on my way home from work
I had to stop on my way home from work as the infotainment system screen had froze. Nothing was working. Neither were the piano keys - which operate the a/c and sat nav ect. I explained that I could not turn the engine off as I had been told previously that any errors needed to be "seen while they were happening". This time I was able to take them at their word. Somebody came straight out and had a look. They decided it needed to be seen by a technician and that this would need to be completed tomorrow. I explained that I needed my car for work. They were able to get the work completed straight away, while I waited. I thought this was extremely efficient and very good customer service. A special shout out to Kelly in the services department who really did get me out of a jam this afternoon!
