Fantastic Dealership
Very efficient, friendly and feel like a valued customer immediately! Not rushed and patient. Aislinn has a very positive “can do” attitude. I was greeted within about 3 seconds with a smile and offer of any help. The Sales Manager has a very nice personal approach and not aloof in his office! They didn’t need to be promoted to offer me a test drive. I was offered one immediately! Easy parking and lovely showroom. Very clean, up to date. Aislinn has already been updating me about my order and communicating with me. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to order a new Peugeot. And the coffee is amazing too!

I purchased my new car last Saturday 17th June from Stellantis Citroen North Birmingham. The sales person who was dealing with me was Sara who also previously sorted out a car for me in November 22.
Sara is a very kind, friendly, approachable person and is very professional when she is dealing with clients. Her knowledge about the motor trade helped me make the right decision on my choice of car, explaining everything clearly making sure I understood everything especially the financial package I was entering. I will certainly contact Sara if I come across any issues and if I want to upgrade my car in the future.
