I was allocated to a young lady called Olivia Petty who besides her age , was extremely supportive to my claim throughout.
Not only was she professional in her guidance she was very knowledgeable of the way forward , and was always available and took my phone calls when I needed to contact her.

I found David at Preston very helpful explained the car and the gadgets and took for a test drive, explained everything in regards to the car finance getting the mot. I opted to wait for my car MOT & Recall work which was completed within the 3 hours duration I had been advised and it was made a pleasant three hours wait.
